Hi all, I am looking for any information (Photos, some personnal information, any details, civil life, hometown etc ...) concerning the following members and officers who served with or were attached to the 915th FA Bn. :
- Tec5 Amos L. DAVIS (operator) - Tec 5 Heinrich GERGS - Technical Sgt. James W. ROSE - Staff Sgt Clifford W. Hand - Tec 4 Edwin A. ERICKSON - Tec 4 Edward G. RYAN
- Cpt. William S. JACOBS, Jr (communication officer)
- Cpt. James D. RICHTER (Liaison Officer) - As far as he is concerned, I only know he came from Harris County, TX. ASN : 0-284023 He was killed in action on Jan 09 1945, Northern Luxembourg. He is now burried at the Luxembourg American Cemetery, in Luxembourg. He received following awards : Silver Star, Bronze Star (with Oak Leaf Cluster) and Purple Heart.
- 1st Lt. Victor P. RIZZO (Liaison Pilot. He was Piper Cub L4-H Liaison Pilot, Air Observer ; he served with the 915th and with the 344th too. Over 2,000 missions in 980 hours of combat fliying)
- 1st Lt. George W. KILME (Liaison Pilot)
- Lt. Raymond J. WRIGHT (Assistant S-2/Survey Officer)
- Cpt. Wilmer T. BECK (Liaison Officer)
- Cpt. Donald E. THOMPSON (Ass't S-3)
- Lt. Mauric H. SMITH (Liaison Officer)
